Week One of the final semester - The first week back.

It is the start of February and the first week of the semester, I came back into the studio to my two old stones from last year (pictured below), I decided to re-grain both the stones so that I could start new work on them next week.

I have also pictured below a portrait drawing I did on gum transfer paper over christmas, the idea being that next week I can quickly print this onto stone. This allows me to experiment in these first couple of weeks with how I plan to print my portraits for my exhibition, working out composition, colour and display.
